- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order size.
- The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
- Promotional free delivery offers, if any, will be clearly communicated.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed outside working hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Receiving Your Order
- Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number provided are accurate.
- You or an authorized representative must be available to receive the order.
- Our rider or courier may contact you before arrival.
6. Missed or Failed Deliveries
- If we are unable to reach you or deliver due to incorrect details or unavailability, the order may be rescheduled.

- These items may not be eligible for return once delivered unless defective or damaged.
